Warm red light, in a short, regular routine
Red light therapy, also called photobiomodulation, uses LED panels that give off low-level red light. In a full body bed the panels surround the body, so the light reaches head to toe in one session.
It is not a sunbed. There is no UV, it does not tan, and a session feels like gentle warmth rather than heat.
Many people treat it as part of a routine, like a gym class or a sauna, rather than a one-off. The team can talk through how often others visit.
Skin appearance
A popular addition to a beauty routine, used to support skin that looks refreshed and radiant.
Time to switch off
Ten quiet minutes lying back in warm red light, with no phone and no queue.
After training
A calm wind-down after the gym, a run or a match, before getting on with the day.
Darker months
A bright, warm ten minutes on a grey Irish day, all year round, open until 11pm.
Red light therapy is a wellness and beauty service, not a medical treatment. Experiences vary from person to person and we make no medical claims.
